Meh, it is an average book nothing more and nothing less. It is about a boy and his friend named Ouchie and Squishy (I know, I think the author wasn't thinking right when he made up the names) who are average players like this book, but from the help of the local bowling alley manager they increase in skill, and knowledge of bowling.
There are pretty weird events such as some doofus clown calling itself Pinhead and trying to sabotage the Bowl-a-Rama, now called Extreme Bowling due to the renovations to the place. The story progresses very fast and you might be wondering how the heck did a police cop enter into the story.
Some of the events are downright unusual to happen and that made the ending unenjoyable. If you want to know the crazy ending read below my signature

Pinhead is caught. Ouchie didn't win a million dollars (did you think it would happen). Mr. Z departed somewhere else in California. A random earthquake obliterated the bowling alley, the Extreme Bowling. Pinhead is the Mayor. The main character is Mr. Z
